First Semester

  • Check the academic calendar for important dates and deadlines impacting classes and financial aid.
  • To maintain financial aid eligibility, a student must maintain a cumulative GPA of 1.70 during the first 30 credit hours attempted and complete 67% of the courses attempted.  Review your Financial Aid Dashboard or visit the Financial Aid Office to determine your financial aid status.
  • Download MS Office from MyTCC.
  • Form a study group, join a student organization, or volunteer at a community service site.
  • Visit the writing, math and science, or technology learning centers for free individual tutoring support services.
  • Meet with an academic advisor before enrolling for the next semester.
  • The student will earn Quality Technician Basic Certificate through the continuing education department upon completion of the first semester classes. 

Second Semester

  • The student will earn Quality Technician Intermediate certificate through the continuing education department upon completion of the second semester classes as listed in the map.

  • Meet with an academic advisor to file for graduation for the Quality Technician Workforce Certificate during the last semester of the required 27 hours of coursework. 
  • If entering the workforce after graduation, visit Career Services to build your resume.
  • The student will earn Master Quality Technician certificate through the continuing education department upon completion of the third semester classes as listed in the map.
