PHTA 2442 - Psychosocial Aspects in Physical TherapyA survey course explaining the psychological and sociologic effects of disabilities, including the impact of culture and economics with regard to the patient, family, and society. The student will also explore community service used to promote awareness of social responsibility, citizenship, and advocacy. Prerequisites: All previous PHTA coursework with a grade of ‘C’ or better or instructor approval.
