Workforce Development and University Transfer Programs

Certificates and Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees are workforce development programs and are designed to prepare students for direct entry into the workforce.  They may advance students within their current career positions or open doors to new career opportunities.  In some cases, coursework from a Certificate or Associate in Applied Science degree may transfer to a four-year university.

Associate in Arts (AA) and Associate in Science (AS) degrees are designed to be the first two years of a four-year degree.  Students who complete these degrees will typically transfer into a related program at a four-year university to receive a bachelor’s degree.

When selecting programs from the list below it is important to keep your educational and career goals in mind.
