BIOT 1533 - Cell Culture Techniques Introduces students to lab techniques used to culture mammalian cells. Topics include aseptic technique, subculture, quantitation, cryopreservation, transfection, and cytotoxicity. Course includes an embedded research project. Includes lab component.
Prerequisites: BIOT 1113 and BIOL 1224 . Courses may be taken concurrently with this course. Semester Offered Spring
