                | MUSC 1023 - Music Theory II Continuation of MUSC 1013. Continued work in analysis, part-writing and harmonization with diatonic triads and seventh chords and their inversions. Introduction to modulation and dominant secondary and secondary leading tone chords. Introduction to binary and ternary forms.
 Prerequisite: MUSC 1013  and MUSC 1062  with a grade of “C” or better or instructor approval. Corequisite: Concurrent enrollment in Class Piano or Private Piano and MUSC 1072  for music majors. Piano corequisite may be waived by demonstration of piano proficiency.
