MDLT 2423 - Clinical Immunohematology/Blood BankStudy of the principles, procedures, clinical significance and practice of a wide variety of procedures including donor selection, component preparation and use, and techniques used to detect antigen/antibody reactions which may adversely affect a patient receiving a transfusion. Course must be completed with a “C” or better. Prerequisite: Admission into the MLT program or Program Director approval.
