EMSP 2129 - Paramedic Theory and Application I The study of practical application of adult epidemiology, psychosocial impact, pathophysiology, and management of respiratory, cardiovascular, and medical emergencies, which includes clinical reasoning and the development of treatment plans. Pharmacology introduces the student to the principles of pharmacology, medication administration, major medication classes, and emergency mediations. Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification and laboratory included.
Prerequisite: BIOL 1314 or
BIOL 2134 and BIOL 2154 all with a grade of “C” or better.
Corequisite: EMSP 2115 . Semester Offered Fall
