ASLE 2433 - ASL Literature The study of literature of ASL stories in the Deaf community and relationship to other world literatures and developing stories. Students will learn the comprehension of different forms of ASL literature and the effects of genre, style, perspective, and other artistic techniques on ASL narratives, humor, poetry, folklore, and the techniques in stories. Develop and narrate within features and techniques in different formats of ASL literature.
Prerequisite: ASLE 1373 and ASLE 1413 with a grade of C or better. Semester Offered Spring
