AVST 2156 - Commercial Pilot Flight Lab The Commercial Pilot Flight Lab complies with the requirements of the Federal Aviation Regulations 14 Part 141 and 14 Part 61 aeronautical training preparing the student for the Commercial Pilot Rating. The FAA has established flight time minimums; however, it is extremely important to note that national flight time averages are documented significantly above published FAA minimums. Professional Pilot majors must comply with Tulsa Community College’s FAA approved Training Course Outline and Student Policy Manual. Additional direct costs apply based on hourly aircraft rates and flight instruction. Published aircraft rental and instruction rates are available at the TCC Aviation Center and in the TCC catalog. Pre-enrollment documentation requirements must be submitted to the Aviation Center before course enrollment holds will be removed. Once holds are removed, students should meet with a TCC Academic Advisor for enrollment assistance. Includes Lab Component..
