COMM 1113 - Public Speaking An introductory course in oral communication, emphasis is on improving applied communication skills. Special attention is given to critical thinking skills and the anatomy of the communication process: audience analysis, research, organization, logic, ethical use of evidence, delivery, and listening.
Required for B.A. and B.S. degrees in most professional majors; i.e. Business, Law, Education, Medical, English.
