SPAN 2453 - Interpreting English to Spanish

Students will be given opportunities to develop oral interpreting skills for escort, consecutive, simultaneous and court interpreting. Participants need to have advanced fluency in Spanish. Students with advanced language experience are encouraged to take the CLEP exam to satisfy prerequisite requirements.

Prerequisite SPAN 2143   with a grade of “C” or better,or instructor approval.
