CSYS 2493 - Principles of CyberSecurity Introduction to all areas of CyberSecurity, including attackers and techniques, policies & procedures, hardening of operating systems, applications, and networks, email and web security, cryptography, public key infrastructures, operational security, and recovery of digital evidence (forensics). Students will perform numerous hands-on labs. This course prepares students to take the CompTIA Security+ certification exam.
