PSYC 2223 - Behavioral StatisticsApplication of descriptive and inferential analyses of data are major topics. Specific topics that are covered (but not limited to) are: central tendency, dispersion, the standard normal distribution, correlation, regression, probability theory, single-sample analyses, two-sample analyses, ANOVA and its variations, and a variety of nonparametric analyses. The student will be using the most current computer software available as a basis for these analyses. Prerequisites: MATH 1473 or MATH 1513 or instructor approval, and PSYC 1113 or SOCI 1113 .
