Aviation Sciences Technology AAS Professional Pilot Option, Program Map

This degree map provides you with the semester-by-semester course sequencing for a full-time student to complete this degree in two years. To earn the Associate in Applied Science degree, you must achieve a grade point average of 2.0 (‘C’) as a minimum on all coursework required for the degree. Note the Milestones below each semester. Milestones are reminders of actions you should take during that semester to help keep you on track for degree completion. **All AVST courses require special permission for enrollment. Meet with the aviation academic counselor at the Riverside Community Campus and Aviation Center for admission.

- Form a study group, join a student organization, or volunteer at a community service site.
- Visit the writing, math and science, or technology learning centers for free individual tutoring support services.

- Professional pilot students earn a Private Pilot certificate of completion from TCC once AVST1113 and AVST1222 are completed. Students must submit for this certificate of graduation upon completion.
