Program Description 

The Associates in Applied Science Cybersecurity degree prepares students to assess the security of computer and network systems, implement controls to secure organizations against cyber attacks, and respond to security breaches.

  • Describe the fundamental concepts of the cybersecurity discipline
  • Communicate technical topics both orally and in written forms
  • Analyze the security of networks, hosts and systems
  • Configure networks and hosts to defend against cyber threats
  • Create solutions to manage organizational cyber risk
  • Discuss legal and ethical ramifications associated with cyber defense
