Accounting AAS Accounting Specialist Option Program Map

This degree map provides you with the semester-by-semester course sequencing to complete this degree in two years as a full-time student. To earn this degree you must achieve a grade point average of 2.0 (‘C’) as a minimum on all coursework required for the degree. Note the Milestones below each semester. Milestones are reminders of actions you should take during that semester to help keep you on track for degree completion.

Milestones
- Check academic calendar for important dates and deadlines impacting classes and financial aid.
- To maintain financial aid eligibility, a student must maintain a cumulative GPA of 1.70 during the first 30 credit hours attempted and complete 67% of the courses attempted. Review your Financial Aid Dashboard or visit the Financial Aid Office to determine your financial aid status.
- Download MS Office from MyTCC.
- Form a study group, join a student organization, or volunteer at a community service site.
- Visit the writing, math and science, or technology learning centers for free individual tutoring support services.
- Meet with an academic advisor before enrolling for the next semester.
- Review grade for ACCT 2213. Must have a C or better to take ACCT 2263 and ACCT 2363.
- Review grade for ACCT 2223. Must have a C or better to take ACCT 2243, ACCT 2313, ACCT 2333, ACCT 2393.
- Review grade for CSCI 1203. Must have a C or better to take ACCT 2393 and ACCT 2393.
