This degree map provides you with the semester-by-semester course sequencing for a full-time student. To earn the Associate in Applied Science degree, you must achieve a grade point average of 2.0 ('C') as a minimum on all coursework required for the degree. Note the Milestones below each semester. Milestones are reminders of actions you should take during that semester to help keep you on track for degree completion.
Students who request and are provided with educational accommodations are advised that these accommodations may affect their eligibility for FAA-sanctioned employment upon graduation. Students should consult with the Aviation Center or their assigned advisor for guidance on how this may impact their future employment eligibility.
Students must pass a class 2 medical certification to be employed by the FAA. It is highly encouraged that all ATC Program applicants complete a class 2 medical certification prior to enrollment.
