INED 2233 - American Sign Language to English Interpreting II

A continuation of American Sign Language to English Interpreting I. Refine consecutive interpretation skills and develop simultaneous interpretation skills from American Sign Language to English. Application of process skills, contrastive ASL-English linguistics, contrastive cultural analysis, and teaming skills. 

Prerequisite: INED 2213  with a “C” or better or instructor approval. Concurrent enrollment with INED 2403  , INED 2443   and ASLE 2524   is recommended.
