HRES 2353 - Human Resource Law IIA continuation of Human Resource Law I with an emphasis on the importance of legal compliance related to performance appraisals, training, employee privacy, OSHA, safety programs, union-management relations including NLRB and current labor legislation, compensation and benefits, retirement, worker’s compensation and unemployment compensation. Prerequisite: HRES 1313 and HRES 2313 or instructor approval.
