ACCT 1003 - Introduction to AccountingProvides an understanding of the fundamental principles of double entry accounting as applied to practical business situations. Emphasizes the following: preparation of financial statements, debit and credit rules of accounting, the accounting cycle, special journals, and payroll accounting. The entire course incorporates applicable mathematical procedures (and their review) as they are used in accounting methodology.
