PLGL 2343 - Advanced Legal Research and WritingStudents will learn advanced research and writing techniques, analysis, and strategies. Emphasis is placed on development of legal argument, format, and use of legal citations. Competency in WESTLAW and/or LEXIS, and the Internet as research tools will be achieved. Students will perform legal research and prepare case briefs, memoranda, and pleadings or motions. This course is offered during the spring semester only. Prerequisite: Admission to the Paralegal Studies Program or instructor approval and PLGL 2333 .
